Over active bladder.

Contraindication: What are the special precautions to be followed?

Under following conditions, use of this medication is inadvisable. Its use should be withhold as it would cause harm to the patient
Hypersensitivity. Urinary and gastric retention. Narrow-angle glaucoma. Severe ulcerative colitis. Toxic megacolon. Pregnancy.

Other Precaution to be observed while taking this medication

Hepatic or renal impairment. Autonomic neuropathy, hiatus hernia. QT interval prolongation.

What are possible side effects of this medication ?

Dry mouth, constipation, vertigo/dizziness, abdominal pain, abnormal vision, urinary retention, xerophthalmia. Headache, somnolence.
