Under following conditions, use of this medication is inadvisable. Its use should be withhold as it would cause harm to the patient
Renal and hepatic impairment.

Malnutrition.

What are possible side effects of this medication ?

Nausea, vomiting, metallic taste, cough, pain abdomen, pain and stiffness of injected muscle, sterile abscesses and mental symptoms often occur. Pancreatitis, liver and kidney damage, myelosuppresion.
