Under following conditions, use of this medication is inadvisable. Its use should be withhold as it would cause harm to the patient
Hypersensitivity. Cardiogenic shock. Left ventricular failure with low filling pressure. Lactation.

Other Precaution to be observed while taking this medication

Low systolic BP, actute pulomonary oedema, pregnancy. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery.

What are possible side effects of this medication ?

Headache, flushing, nausea, vomiting, dizziness. Hypotension and reflex tachycardia.
