Under following conditions, use of this medication is inadvisable. Its use should be withhold as it would cause harm to the patient
conditions associated with hypercalcaemia and hypercalciuria (e.g. some forms of malignant disease)Other Precaution to be observed while taking this medication
renal impairment; sarcoidosis; history of nephrolithiasis; avoid calcium chloride in respiratory acidosis or respiratory failure
What are possible side effects of this medication ?
gastro-intestinal disturbances; bradycardia
