Chronic lymphocytic leuakemia, lymphoma (NHL), sarcoma (under study).

Under following conditions, use of this medication is inadvisable. Its use should be withhold as it would cause harm to the patient
Hypersensitivity. Pregnancy and lactation. Smoking.

Other Precaution to be observed while taking this medication

Renal and heapatic diseases.

Nausea, vomiting, fatigue, diarrhoea, fever, loss of appetite, cough, headache. Weight loss. Rashes. Difficulty in breathing. Bone marrow and immunosuppression.
