Indication (Prescribed for or used as): To prevent and treat isoniazid, hydralazine and cycloserine induced neurological disturbances. Mental symptoms in women on oral contraceptives. Pyridoxine responsive anaemia. Morning sickness and hyperemesis gravidarum. Convulsions in infants and children. Alcoholism. Homocystinuria.
