Under following conditions, use of this medication is inadvisable. Its use should be withhold as it would cause harm to the patient Prostate carcinoma, carcinoma of male breast, porphyria, nephritis, diabetes type I severe liver disease, renal or cardiac disease. Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.
Other Precaution to be observed while taking this medication
In cardiac, hepatic or renal dysfunction, testicular atrophy and oedema, menstrual irregularities, may alter LFT, thyroid function tests and glucose tolerance tests.
