Indication : Why is this medication prescribed?

In acute attacks (Sublingually) and chronic prophylaxis (orally) of angina pectoris and coronary insufficiency. In acute myocardial infarction and CHF and acute LVF.

Contraindication: What are the special precautions to be followed?

Under following conditions, use of this medication is inadvisable. Its use should be withhold as it would cause harm to the patient
Acute M.I. when whock is prensent. Hypersensitivity.

Other Precaution to be observed while taking this medication

May result in increase of intraocular pressure (Glaucoma). Hypotension.

What are possible side effects of this medication ?

Fullness in head, throbbing headache, flushing weakness, palpitation, dizziness.
