Moderate to severe pain, cancer pain, pre-medication, postoperative pain and myocardial infarction.

Under following conditions, use of this medication is inadvisable. Its use should be withhold as it would cause harm to the patient
Children below 16 kg.

Other Precaution to be observed while taking this medication

Hepatic dysfunction, narcotic addicts. Labor, impaired respiratory functions. Avoid driving or operating machinery. Not recommended in children.

What are possible side effects of this medication ?

Sedation, vomiting, miosis. Postural hypotension, respiratory depression, dizziness, sweating.
