Tetanus Toxoid
Indication (Prescribed for or used as): For routine immunization in all children and adults. 3 doses at interval of 3-4 weeks. Booster dose should be given after one year and then every 10 years. In non-immunized or inadequately immunized individuals the toxoid should be given after any injury. For routine immuniziation it is given as a part of Triple Antigen (DPT)
